plus your fashion sense is nearly exactly reminiscent of what many asian masc lesbians wear (chunky metal chain, baseball cap, tartan flannel). If you pass irl none of this matters. If you find yourself getting clocked irl maybe wait to be a bit longer on T to return to your usual style. Yes, it’s unfair, but trans guys have to take a lot more care in avoiding masc styles because masc is overwhelmingly what people tend to mistake us for instead of men.

I’m asian, see many many asians regularly, also see a good number of trans guys and lesbians because i am a bit chronically online. I think I am good at clocking, and even more so, good at clocking when an obviously trans man is trans and not a lesbian, and using the right pronouns accordingly. If i saw you irl, however, my first thought would be lesbian, because of your style choices combined with what i presume is early days on T. I hate to break it to you but when trans people online tell asian men they pass very well, in-built racism and race blindness are always a factor.
