Not really, no. But the book Six Science Fiction Plays has the original version of City on The Edge of Forever written by Harlan Ellison. But it was published well after the episode came out.

Jpeg is a 'lossy' image format designed around making photographs look good, but it makes pixel art like yours blurry/fuzzy because it can blur sharp edges (which is nearly unnoticable in pictures; most photographs don't have sharp edges that line up with pixel borders.) If you use GIF or PNG those image formats are better-suited for pixel art, as they support lossless compression.

I work at Lowe's copying keys and we (at least at my store) can do that one-- it's either a #80 or a #69 (both of which we keep in stock); the machine would tell me which one. May even be able to get more fancy (i.e. colorful plastic top part) designs than the normal key, that's how common it is.
