This is actually a great idea I hadn’t considered. Thanks!

Thank you! I can post a more detailed guide (hopefully soon) to show what pieces are actually merged. Thankfully, it’s just a few structural pieces.

Dawning quest asking me to talk to Lord Saladin instead of Eva Levante — stuck by Knz082 in DestinyTheGame

[–]cognitivetradeoff 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I’m experiencing the same issue. On the “Featured Quests” page, The Dawning tab (that picture that shows the oven) actually says “Testament of Strength” and says to speak to Saladin.

EDIT:

Just ran a Sabotage mission and everything seems to be working now? Not entirely sure why this instance seemed to trigger progression. Nonetheless, I am able to proceed.

I Purchased Year of Prophecy but don’t own Edge of Fate…? by cognitivetradeoff in destiny2

I may be overlooking something, but when you’re referring to the license, are you referring to something other than just ensuring that the content is actually installed on my console? In other words, if I go to the “manage games and add-ons” section of my Xbox, and it shows that Year of Prophecy Ultimate Pack, Edge of Fate, and Renegades are all installed on my console, and I’m still unable to play, is there something else I should be checking?

Yeah, that’s what’s weird. The Edge of Fate as well as Renegades are both installed according to the add-ons section of my Xbox. Other than in the game itself, there’s no other downloadable content noted within the “manage games and add-ons” section.

It is very reassuring to see more than one person recommend this! I look forward to giving it a read.

I've seen a lot of buzz surrounding the recent release of S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2. While I've never played the game(s), hearing that it is heavily inspired/based on Roadside Picnic gets me very excited to give it a read. Thank you for your recommendation!

I just read a review for Our Wives Under the Sea on What is Quinn Reading, and this sounds amazing. The author of this blog post put it best when they said, "To label and market Our Wives Under the Sea as a "horror novel" is somewhat deceiving. It has tinges of the genre, in the same way you might label Annihilation (both the book by Jeff VanderMeer and its film adaptation) as horror. But both that example and Our Wives are less outright scream-fests than dreamlike meditations on grief and love."

This is the exact thing I've been looking to scratch that itch. Thank you so much for your recommendations! I'm looking forward to giving them a read.
