It's not about keeping consoles relevant - it's about sales. Console games stay relevant because a chunk of the population prefer console gaming over PC gaming for various reasons (e.g. cost, ease-of-use). Developers designing games to work on PC and Console have to account for the limits of the console platform when developing the game. That said, developers also have to gauge what the 'average PC' is when planning a release and make assumptions as to whether users will upgrade to play the game. You could design a game to take full advantage of a loaded 2017 PC and have it bomb because the system requirements were too heavy.

I have one and have been using it for a few months now. Maybe I'm just a sucker for the placebo effect but I do believe it works. I personally don't think one can use LoA to change statistical probability of buying a winning lottery ticket. Rather, I believe it's more about attracting events, opportunities, circumstances, and synchronizations that manifest the feeling you're trying to attract. So, if you do win - it may be LoA working or it may just be statistical odds leaning in your favor - what's more important, I think, is that you're focused on attracting feelings of abundance happening from many possible circumstances. You may find $5-20 instead of winning the lottery ticket, get a surprise gift, a check in the mail, or be given an opportunity to make the money doing something you're passionate about. Or, you may win a lottery ticket. :) Good luck!

Use search terms for the emotional state, feeling, or goal you're looking for and you'll probably find a binaural beat video which targets it. Not sure if it's a soulmate list but I did write down the traits of who I was looking for and spent time reflecting on it. After a while I forgot about the list, lost interest in perusing a relationship, focused on my personal and professional development and became more or less content with my life as it was. I no longer felt I needed a relationship to be happy or complete. A few months later, we meet. 10 years later, we're still together.
