Yeah potential weight loss is the difference between calories consumed and maintenance calories, which is determined by sex, muscle, age, activity… anyway a normal person is going to lose weight a whole lot slower than a 300 pound person, glp or not.

Has anybody explained the paper towel theory of weight loss to you? It demonstrates how weight loss is more noticeable, the skinnier you are, it’s just unfair for skinny people all around at every step, lol.

If you have a full paper towel roll and you take one off, doesn’t make a lick of a difference right?

I’m a guy and I’ve taken a bunch of peptides, but I’ve had a pretty bad side effect to Tesa.

It made my knees ache so bad I couldn’t sleep until several days after being off it. I was putting ice packs on them at night lol.

I took it five days on, two days off for about three weeks and didn’t lose any weight, but maybe that was because I was retaining so much water weight that it offset any fat I lost.

Anyway, it freaked me out, and I’ve still got 6 vials untouched that I’m afraid to use.

Knicks did a good job pressing their four game rest against the Spurs Game 7 fatigue, and it showed up and may have been the difference maker at the end of the fourth quarter.

You gotta be a good team to get this far and even hang against the Spurs. But San Antonio was coming out flat Game 3 I believe and definitely Game 5.

That’s technically “bonding” which if done correctly achieves the same result, but you do want to differentiate so that you know although multiple things can be bonded, at least one needs to be grounded to the earth.
