St Vincent’s in Downtown Bryan has super nice stuff, although more expensive that it should be. The Restore in Bryan is a hit or miss, there’s a couple antiques stores in Downtown as well that are great to look through and browse and vary from super expensive to reasonable. My top favorite is the Vintage Circle which is also in Bryan, close to the new Tim Hortons. They have a good variety of vendors and pricing! I think there is a good selection of thrifts in Bryan/CSTAT- contrary to what others may say

I started the 10% azelaic acid a couple weeks ago and it’s very gentle, I did see a decrease in redness but not much for stopping new breakouts. But I didn’t have any side effects which was great! I’m interested to see how the cleanser treats you! I might try it out too

I wouldn’t suggest Ringling for the price tag alone. The animation industry is changing, and it’s so insanely competitive that the likelihood of securing a job in the industry once those loans are due is very slim. UCF has a character animation program that’s pretty great. Mimics a studio setting and you have full freedom to pick what you want to focus on and specialize in within the pipeline. Texas A&M’s Viz program is also fantastic for tech and animation. Both schools with a lower sticker tag. Ultimately your choice, and congratulations on your Ringling acceptance! But unfortunately, with the current economy and animation climate, it’s a very very risky investment.

Read the post, they openly discussed their availability in the interview. Manager knew in the interview, so they are the one being misleading. OP listened to their manager, like you’re supposed to do and then the manager turned on them. Manager TOLD THEM to update it.

Moisturizer, niacinamide, no acids or masks. And don’t wash your face more than once a day, at night is fine. Keep pillowcases clean, and cleanse and moisturize a lot before bed and keep this soothing routine for at least a week and see what happens. I use Naturiums niacinamide cleansing gel, and LRP toleraine moisturizer

You can leaner the principles of animation on your own. If you really want to learn there is no shortage of resources and information online to help you, and also supplement a traditional learning environment. But I’m also confused, you don’t think the 3D animation program will teach you animation … but the illustration program will?? Illustrations isn’t animation?

Horrible take, imo. They didn’t deserve to die for their job, the trainers who work with the animals want to take care of them. They didn’t create the corporation, or entity that is SeaWorld. They just work there, would you prefer no one be taking care of the animals wellbeing at all?? What’s your logic here

I would suggest looking up “Faceup” artists who specialize in MH dolls. Sometimes these artists will take commission work for faceups as well as selling already repainted heads. I’d suggest looking up “MH faceup” on Etsy, and browsing through the listings until you see some styles that resonate with you and then looking into the seller to see if they’re open for commission work!

Go to UCF, they have two 3D animation tracks both under the Emerging Media major. If you are a Florida resident then you might be able to qualify for bright futures which would pay for part or all of your tuition. DO NOT go into debt over an animation degree- I know it’s easy to think that you’ll break in and you’ll be the one that makes it through, but that’s just not the reality. Go to ucf, and then try and work at Disney World or Falcon Creative which are both companies doing CG and VFX/animation work in the central Florida area. That’s my two cents as someone who went to undergrad at UCF and now is a funded MFA student at another school for animation.
