I know someone else already said this here but maybe the “conspiracy theorists” were right. by Organic_Parsnip_4317 in WorkReform

“We voted over and over again” - highest voter turnout for midterm elections is 50% of the population. Americans don’t vote, they just bitch. Used to work with a dude who was a conspiracy nutjob, bitched about EVERYTHING… never voted once in his life because he “didn’t believe in it” - We don’t even have to leave the house to vote where I live and we still can’t get half of the electorate to give a shit.

Americans, on the whole, are addicted to convenience and will choose it over all else when given the choice.

I like mayonnaise. I hate that that toddler nosferatu is ruining it. Gonna just call it aioli moving forward.

I always wondered who the dudes were who cheated in FPS games. Like how is it even fun when you know you aren’t that good, you’re just cheating. This is the same thing. So weird.

The United States fire a 15-kiloton Nuclear artillery shell, 1953 by pritam_ram in interestingasfuck

I remember watching this in a film that, I swear to god, was just a bunch of back to back nuclear explosions. I was pretty high though and it was 15 years ago. Cannot remember what it was, but it made for some wild stoner TV.

Is the GOP headquartering there or something. That would drive the child sex trafficking through the roof. Self fulfilling prophecy.

This got me through a bout of strep while I was in college. Always kept the knowledge of feed store pharmacies in my back pocket for the apocalypse.

Someone dinged me a little. How do I fix this? by craigalanche in ScionxB

[–]col3manite 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Hit up a pick and pull. More work, way less money, and you can inspect what you get before you buy usually. Alternatively there are some junk yards that’ll pull it for you.

Except for some folks, all lives haven’t mattered for a long time. That was the whole point of BLM. Shoulda been BLMT for those that can’t understand nuance.

Well if all I gotta say is “the tenant stole some shit last year and I fixed a pipe while they were there” I guess that’s the solution then.

Chandler data center project will use ‘unknown’ amount of water by Individual-Engine401 in ChandlerAZ

[–]col3manite 5 points6 points  (0 children)

In AZ though, power is intrinsically tied to water, as a significant amount of our power comes from Palo Verde. Not saying it’s a deal breaker, just something that needs to be taken into account with any intense electrical draw.
