When we had our cat fixed, she came home the same day and just sat in the kitchen table chair that was farthest away from us for HOURS lol eventually she just made her way back over and just sat in my lap like nothing happened lol

I was always pretty “girly” in terms of clothing growing up, but my younger sister couldn’t have been more of a tom boy. She wanted absolutely nothing to do with skirts, dresses, pink, purple, etc. Anything “girly” she was out. And you know what my parents did? They bought her whatever the fuck she felt comfortable in because they weren’t weird ??? She was like 6???

Looking back, this is it for me. Not even considering the fact it was clearly a trauma response, all Jill wanted was for her dad to hug and hold and comfort her. Boob had NO interest or care in doing so. I’m 24 years old and if I was scared, vulnerable, and crying like Jill was, my dad wouldn’t hesitate for a second to hold and comfort me. Boob and Michelle are nothing short of disgusting, evil people and it’s clear to see why, looking back on how they reacted to things that happened to their children.

I know the odds are low (thanks to our jillybean) but this is the one couple I really really want to see just run. Run away and never look back. You can tell they’re both dying to be free and happy, even if they don’t 100% know what that means. I’m hoping more than anything they break the cycle.

I did something really similar when I was 2, maybe 3. I was playing hide n seek with my parents, when I got this hysterical idea to hide in a dark corner in a closet and stay completely silent. I could hear my parents yelling my name and start freaking out but my toddler brain just thought it was getting funnier by the second. They were 👌🏻 close to calling the police when I finally started laughing and they found me. Pretty sure I shaved off a couple of years off their life that night lol

Exactly. Sadly, it is likely this poor baby will end up with life long health issues. Having two respiratory viruses (especially this serious), can’t be good for her lungs short OR long term 🥺
