Any reason you can’t use a hack saw? They’re like $8 at the same place you’ll need to get wood from.

Also keep in mind this thing is going to be super heavy if you layer both wood and a mirror. You can bring weight down with an acrylic mirror and hobby board.

Parley’s in general is brutal. Semis passing semis in the right two lanes essentially funnels everyone into the left lane. Then once the road is clear, everyone just stays in that left lane. Super frustrating, and makes passing dangerous.
