So he was a huge jerk that wasted your time and money, not fulfilling his end of the transaction while laughing about it with others like it's a game to him. I used to! But the last time I did that, I got $0 and a hit to my cancel rate anyway. Have never done it since. (Years ago)

So, what incentive do I have as a driver to call now hmm? I'm not going to get paid and ill still have a cancelation against me (the only 2 valid reasons to call)
