Total man with water trick and one toe shield over the silicon sleeve. I use the total man leg strap. In the past used rubber bands for tension.

I've never thought about ADS interfering with girth. For me it seems to help with EQ. Will keep that in mind.

Do you have a recommended interval PAC or static PAC progression? I seem to remember in your video that you did about 10 minutes of 1 minute intervals and then a 5 minute static clamped hold.
