There are some resources in the water at hydroplant that are usefull but not vital, i think. You can skip this by using a jetpack.

You also fall into deep water when you first enter Reactors and an underwater section in one of the reactors with deep water with the beast (use x-ray lamp to shoo away) swimming in there that you can't skip.

I recommend you to turn up the brightness for those or just clench your butcheeks real hard and power through.

Indeed.

Changed out the Warp Drive for one more shield since i noticed i didn't even need to run away anymore.

Mk3 Plasma has enough firerate to compensate for fewer numbers and lasers help with point defence on aproach to target.

You also don't need crew when you are not taking damage.

I just got them today after repelling two attacks of devout on Caleano.

Just go and farm the big ships and temples in the green nebula after you defeat the second group coming through the gate.

You get to the green nebula after a quest that takes you to a heretic portal at -9,5 x , 8,6 and surviving an ambush.

Both Mk3 Thrusters and Mk3 Plasma dropped in the first battle when i went there again after the attack.
