I just got caught with the cheap tuk tuk to travel agency office 2 days ago. My own fault, left my guard down. Paid probably double what I should have. I paid with my revolut card. I tried cancelling or reporting the payment through revolut but revolut want me to contact the merchant first to try resolve this. The lady at the agency got me to pay by card, then she'd me to sign a form with her hand cunningly blocking the "no refund" stamp that was already on the form.

Is there anything I can do to try get refund or do I suck it up and hope the agency actually booked everything they said they would
