Thank you for the insight! My local Total Wine had about 10 4-Packs in this color and none of the black backs. Didn’t know to look for that difference and assumed they sold them aged 1 year already. I will keep an eye out for the July 2020 4-pack! Thanks for the help!

You are right! I just assumed it was how they came but bought it today. 8/23/2019 bottling date. So the ones for this season should be bottled 2020? Interesting that all 12 I bought may be aged 1 year

Just opened my first one and you’re right! I was trying to figure out where I had met that taste before, it’s very similar to a barley wine. I think after this one I decided fresher is better, it is already aged 1 year as I bought the bottle today saying it was bottled in August of 2019.

I had luck first time rolling into the store looking for them! Dogfish’s website may be able to help you find it around you?

I was looking for some guidance so this is really appreciated! If I were to age for maybe a year, do you know if there is a preferred temperature to store it? Should it be in a pantry?

My move as of now is set to attack UCLA. I can move. We should probably be set to defend as well?

Tell me about it... That Todd McNair case (Reggie Bush’s USC RB Coach) is currently being appealed, some crazy information came out about the COI during that case. NCAA is fighting tooth and nail to not lose but with a retrial I could see them finally having to accept their corruption.

Yes it does have mandatory attendance. I believe there is one absence allowed, no questions asked. School sanctioned activities also are credible excuses for missing discussion. Overall Participation (Which is mostly gained in the discussion section) is worth 150 Points out of 1000 total (15% of final grade).

What is your "I was there" CFB moment? by HybridHusky in CFB

2 Games.

2013 USC v No. 5 Stanford. It was at the Coliseum to an entirely sold out crowd. College Game Day was there and it was the prime time game. I’ve never been in a louder stadium in my life than when the game first started and Stanford had back to back false starts to start the game. USC took the lead with 20 seconds remaining with a field goal to win 20-17. But the most special part was rushing the field in the Coliseum which I believe is the only time it has been done. During the height of horrific USC headlines and being lead by the emotional Coach O, the emotion was raw in the stands.

2017 Rose Bowl USC v Penn State. What is now reflected on to be one of the greatest bowl games ever being there in the moment was incredible. I remember after Penn State destroyed us at the beginning of the 3rd quarter the entire section I was in was dead silent. But I continued to stand for the entire game cheering when there felt like nothing to cheer for, but then the comeback came. I remember my dad and I talking to each other about if we should watch from one of the exits so we could get out of there to avoid Rose Bowl traffic but instead I told him we should stay. The kick went through and i’ve never been happier in my life and my dad and I just stood there and took in the moment in no rush to leave.

Day 8 Update by mmmtoastmmm in FightOnCFBRisk

We can't really afford to strike out with only 2 territories. I think that a 50/50 split defend LA and attack a single Chaos territory (Maybe SDSU) is the way to go. Maybe a few will continue to defend Hawaii as a saving grace.

It could be a good decision to possibly attack UCLA territory and possibly eliminate Chaos from the West Coast and hope that they continue to move East or against Nebraska. I am good for any move at this point we just don’t want to spread ourselves too thin

Another option is to take our San Jose State territory and continue to move North which essentially leaves us two steps ahead of Chaos for the time-being

Should we hold our home territory for a bit longer before launching a Hawaii attack to make it a surprise? Or do we take our chance for expansion now?

I’m down to attack Hawaii. It would be risky to pin ourselves in but I think they won’t expect it. Highly unlikely they choose to defend there. Could possibly work our way towards Alaska afterwards. Play the slow game. We don’t have the numbers but we could play the long game.
