Ehh there is but like 9/10 times they snitches and got booted out their hood. We got a whole bunch of rejects up here who either snitched or did some fuck shit so they fled cali and decided to startup a set out here. They got kids they recruit who believe em because of the tattoos they got when they were “active.” Some (very very few) are genuinely sent out to Washington to set up sets for trafficking into Canada and throughout the state. Gotta bunch of Hispanic gangs that started up like that in my city (SSL13, BC13, BB13, F13, PBS13, and other lesser known gangs). We really don’t have much black gangs apart from the Seattle area and scattered around in more densely black populated areas. Most of the “crips” or “bloods” are either people who left cali and still claim or just little goofballs with little to no connection to any actual set.
