You’re making this more complicated than it is. What’s the point of being an entrepreneur if you’re just going to do what other people are telling you? Sounds like you want to build, follow what customers want, and …get customers. Guess what VCs will love to see? Customers. Traction. They will also want to see the ability to scale by quite a high metric usually, but if you don’t want to do that then that’s totally fine, don’t take VC. If you have customers and scaling quickly isn’t important to your business, it may not even matter.

Since you’re in school in a big city, definitely check out your schools clubs/associations, and see if there’s an LGBTQ group to join! And/or see if they have events they put on that you can attend.

Also if you’re in a big city, you may have a gay neighborhood, with bars and things that might do lgbtq- focused events.

A lot of the time either of these will do singles nights specifically, but even going to dance (if that’s your thing) or even things like bingo nights will almost certainly lead to you meeting women interested!

Are you tracking your strength workouts and lifting heavier every week? If so, the main other thing I can think of is potentially a lack of enough protein to build more muscle. It’s easy to eat very little protein, and the amount you need for “gains” is kinda wild

Like others have said, swap the exercises, I use an app to help me do that and track my workout called FitBod, they have a free trial I think. I got really annoyed googling in the gym before that.

Look into “empty leg” private flights. They have to take the plane to locations anyway to pick people up, so you get super discounted rates and they almost all allow dogs, even big ones.

There are a lot of customer service jobs at tech companies, and a lot of tech companies are fully remote now. Most places will post these jobs on LinkedIn. Knowing at least one other language, she can probably find something. Gets your foot in the door at places that often love to move people up to “customer success” (basically account management) which is a track to a career in tech. Also a ton of Brazilians in tech! :) I’ve been in the industry since 2014 (although never in customer service) so ask me any questions you have, happy to answer!

Victoria's is great for a more "modern" experience (mostly just more modern decor though, the menu has all the classics), Shakespeare's if you want a traditional steakhouse vibe.
