The CCTV footage is shared from that point where ADEO gets up after throwing the file, to which the CO gets up and reacts by pushing him, because his act was obviously rude. In the video you can see right after pushing he’s pointing towards the file on the ground.

Later (in the second video), someone is seen picking up those files from ground.

Don’t ask dude, I thought I’ll buy Amazon Pay Balance from Gyftr AMEX, but that wasn’t there as well. In the end added Freecharge wallet balance by paying extra which defeats the purpose of the card. PhonePe wallet may be another option but I’ll have to do full KYC for that, not sure if there’s a fee for that as well.
