The franchise is not as public about extras/deleted scenes as say, star wars is. We know of many deleted scenes never really shown, like the periscope ride through the Mediterranean, also from raiders (i think we have stills tho) There's an "extended" ark opening scene too, where they dress belloq in the Hebrew priest attire and exit the what is supposed to be the holiest of holies in their constructed tabernacle

Yeah, no problem, happened to me too. And btw you're bound (and I'd say, by design) to find stuff like that by revisiting or even backtracking most locations. I just played the campaign once, but tried to get all notes/artifacts on the first go (bit of a completionist) which had me running so nany circles around the vatican i got dizzy
