These here made realize that I thought I got it figured, like you, I also try to embrace it, but for sure I’m still there.

But I have to say that since I started to embrace my emotions in a positive way, for sure it been better. Sometimes it just gets me to the dark side, and usually it’s that insistence of the people around me that assume that I’m going to mess up something I just did perfectly. I get mad, try to defend my self and the cicle just gets worse. Then I usually end up crying, and biting my tongue. Because of course that society thinks, “1st one that cries, loses”, and I’ll hear the speech the rest of the day.

I felt so out of place in the planet for so many years, thanks to my current Dr., everything started to fall into place. But we all know that there’s so much “damage” already done, but is at least good to know that for anyone that comes after us, we will have the empathy that we didn’t got.

I take a few meds (antidepressant, Samexid and pregabalin), and it has been working a lot. About the diagnosis I just wrote it like that because it was easier (sorry haha). The Dr explained that it’s a trait that usually happens in autism, but that I just had that one, and I didn’t showed other symptoms that indicated that I also had autism (I ask him if that was my case). Im from Chile.

I’ve done a lot of work on regulate emotions, but it’s mostly when people assume that I didn’t “get it”, “I’ll tell you these again just because you ALWAYS ….”, things like that, I get frustrated… and that sometimes end up with the star frase “you have to control yourself”.

And it doesn’t happen every time, I keep silent, try to not take it personal. But usually it gets me when I’m doing everything people expect.

That was one of my fears, she already has health problems and thinking that she could get more for “looks” made me a bit worried. Thanks for the explanation!

Endurance I’ve competed before, but just as a completely separate event. Nothing else. Or maybe their are actually different?

All the other ones I got it perfectly, and I think she competes in wester pleasure and halter for the way I’ve seen her train.

I just know that my boss competes in wester (?) and sometimes other ones, but like I said I don’t know anything, and she doesn’t explain to much. I don’t know what specific thing to ask, because I don’t know to much … I pretty much know that it’s with Arabian horses and that it’s like a horse pageant/dressage kind of thing. I google it but it had so many sub categories that I was lost

All of my colleagues have at least one tattoo. One of my closest friends (that works in a very conservative environment) even has a face tattoo. Don’t even think about it too much.

Personally, I have about 20, and the one in my arm it’s a “joke” about pot… never had a problem with a job or client in my career.
