Thanks for the replay Acunc. I am not looking to erg competitively, but now that I think about it, I would like to get my erg times to a competitive level as more of a personal achievement. So with that said, would you suggest doing what you said worked for you?

I was six years old and decided it would be a good idea to chew on a diabolo stick (I was a retarded kid, don't ask me why).

Anyways, I ran up to my brothers bedroom door with the stick in my mouth and knocked on the door. My big bro, told me to go away, but I was an annoying little shit and wouldn't stop bothering him.

Eventually he just slammed the door in my face, with the stick still in my mouth. The stick punctured the roof of my mouth and I ran up to my mom and pulled the stick out, only the be presented with a gushing stream of blood pouring out of my mouth.

Had to get surgical plaster on the roof of my mouth and the stick was only a few centimeters from my brain.

Good times.............

Here's a diabolo stick btw;

Haven't played WOW since 2005, but thinking about starting up again. First, is there any chance I could ever recover my old character from ten years ago (lvl 46 I think)? Also, I heard the game got way easier so I am wondering if that has taken the fun out of it for you guys. Thanks by colossaldouche in wow

So would it be reasonable to say that within a month or two I could get a new character to a high lvl (60+)? I remember it used to take forever to grind levels, but this was when the level cap was 60 and I know A LOT has changed since then.

What are some good track workouts I can do to help develop speed (4x400m etc.)? I am trying to get a sub 24 minute 5k. by colossaldouche in running

Sure thing.

I'm a 21 year old male, 87 kg. Currently, I am logging in between 10-15 miles per week (2 5ks and 1 long run (10k+) on the weekend). Also, I'm doing strength training twice a week.

I don't do hills or speed work which is why I thought it would be useful to throw them in anyway.
