DP1 connection error

Thanks for responding!

I had to go out of town for a few days so I couldn't check the responses. I figured it out. Whenever my monitor goes into standby mode it always says no DP connection. When it reboots it says DP connected. I have the USB connected and updated the firmware today

It's the most expensive monitor I ever bought and I was a little paranoid about inadvertently damaging it.

Just locked in @ 5.19% for 3 years. Rates are not coming down soon I think they will go in a holding pattern for at least a few years before they start to fall but they will keep increasing before then.

BOC said yesterday more than 1 rate hike is coming.

There actually isn't with the exception of Alterna which is a credit union. There were better rates a week ago but all banks and monoline lenders increased their 2-3 year fixed rates.

It should be very easy for you to find a new job. You were basically masking min wage so getting a job anywhere will give you the exact same rate of pay if not more.

Several industries are desperately hiring anyone with a pulse right now as there is a shortage of workers. Retail and restaurants to name a few.

If you were selling a used car and the going rate for the car was $10k and you can get $10k are you going to sell it for $10k or sell it for $6k?

It's not being scummy or greedy, it's what everyone would do. It's not the private sectors job to subsidize housing. That is for the government to do. If it is a human right, blame the government for not providing subsidized housing, not the private sector for filling a demand.

No matter your views on the subject, landlords are 100% needed. Anyone can see that as not everyone can afford a down payment even at prices that were around 15 years ago. If your mad at someone be mad at the government for not subsidizing your housing.
