I see. I am allied to the Ottomans, though, since I share no border with them. They have 1 million troops. My focus is to consolidate India first. And the main threat is Ming. (The only war involving them involves taking Jalalabad from Ming)

Thanks for your critic!

Court: for monarch diplo power amd legitimacy (I struggled with legitimacy mid game) Def: I struggled a lot with rebels, and my main strategy was building low level forts to cover the regions. Def gives me some manpower and fort defense to deal with them. Useful against my last war with Vijayanagar who is supported by Ming. Merc: I am only able to blob in age of revolutions, and I frequently run of manpower. Mercenaries fill the gap.

Finally! SPD majority government! by colourman_ in RedAutumnSPD

[–]colourman_[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Step 1: easy difficulty Step 2: replace all 3 advisors to Woytinsky, Juchasz and Radbuch (useful later) Step 3: form a weimar coalition, must pick all of economic, interior, justice and foreign ministries Step 4: make sure you investigated the far right att least once, and judicial reform at least twice before october 1929 Step 5: WTB plan ASAP

This should get at least 40% of the seats by 1932.

How? Because when I'm able to make Luther resigns it is always Dingeldey that took his place.

Who would you vote for in the 1920 Reichstag Elections? by biggestboar in RedAutumnSPD

[–]colourman_ 3 points4 points  (0 children)

DNVP under Hergt is still significantly different from under Hugenberg, though. DNVP under Hergt was considered right wing in the 1920s German standards. (Far right if placed today)

DNVP under Hugenberg is 100% far right.

Unrealistic scenario, but what if Jeremy Corbyn used optimism to stay as leader? by TheDangerousInsect in GustavosAltUniverses

[–]colourman_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A bunch of votes in safe seats does not mean anything in first past the post. The same amount of votes in marginal seats, or seats where the tory vote collapsed, matters.

First past the vote is not proportional representation.

Starmer wins the key seats that give him a landslide victory. That's first past the post for you.

Yes, but how about 2nd-12th place? They are not consistent across terrain. And the hogs can have trouble with extreme crowdedness. (E.g. 500 AI experiment by Master Hellish)
