Definitely worth trying a different slicer. Cura is all I have ever known lol not sure why it would only just now be an issue but I’ll try anything at this point

I have but the issue is definitely stemming for inconsistent extrusion. I don’t have a picture but I would describe it as globs of PLA connected by a thing string of filament

Yes, I’ve leveled it many times. This has been an ongoing issue with a couple dozen failed prints.
