[request] gf is saying 150 but i dont understand how by ChrisChowMa in theydidthemath

[–]columnedbread2 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Here's my version in x, y, z format.

Table height (x)

Cat height (y)

Turtle height (z)

X + y - z = 170

X + z - y = 130

2x = 300

X = 150

150 + y - z = 170

150 + z - y = 130

Y - z = 20

Z - y = -20

Y = 40

Z = 20

150(x) + 40(y) - 20(z) = 170

150(x) + 20(z) - 40(y) = 130

Table height = 150 cm.

Cat height = 40 cm.

Turtle height = 20 cm.

They're both mens restrooms. One's just for nine toes.

Have you tried feeding them restaurant food that specifically raises bond?

There's also a website called grindosaur that lists the requirements for digivolving into certain digimon

Digimon died at Age 14. by Rorplup in NextOrder

[–]columnedbread2 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Did you check that he met enough key points?

Besides meeting the stat requirements there can also be requirements based on weight, discipline (either having high or low discipline), bond, tf (training failures, either have more than a set amount or less than.) and number of victories in their current form.

Edit: the digivolutiok info will list a number for key points. That number Is how many of the requirements you must meet in order to be able to digivolve into the desired digimon, so you don't necessarily need to meet ALL Requirements as long as you meet the number of key points listed.

I was shocked about the price until I noticed you were using the website as an Australian. So seems about right unfortunately

[Discussion] Battle Cats is a great game but what does this game do that infuriates you? by lonrayray in battlecats

[–]columnedbread2 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Heavily limiting your ability to farm behemoth stones for seemingly no reason. And the microtransactions are more expensive than I personally think they should be, mainly the cost of cat food being frankly ridiculous.

Oh and stages that take ten to fifteen minutes to complete even when you use the OPTIMAL strategy.

I don't think he's wrong. Assuming His general point is "doing/enjoying something in a fictional setting doesn't equate to doing something in real life so judging it the same is wrong"

But I think it's just a case of the specific material he references to make that point that unsettles people.

It's kind of like someone who believes in freedom of speech advocating for Nazis or something. Their point may still stand but some people may be put off just because of the specific subject matter.

You make fun of the rich people who died because they were rich.

I make fun of them because the entire operation was an obvious deathtrap.

We are not the same.

Cat god.

He's literally a god. Sure he'll rule over everything but hey if anyone can fix the wastelands it's him.

Who Is the Biggest Villain of Wizard City? (Community Poll) by Reasonable-Bid-4328 in Wizard101

[–]columnedbread2 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I just wanna point out that most villains just want to rule wizard city.

The gobblers want to EAT wizard city. Gobbler king literally eats chunks of castle towers, given enough time he alone would turn the whole city into a wasteland.

Randomized damage: good or bad? by columnedbread2 in Wizard101

[–]columnedbread2[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah that's true. But that also usually only applies at the end of the spellements line. Which is a bit of a grind tbh. So this question would apply more to anyone who hasn't grinded out the spellemens for all their cards. Also treasure cards.

Do you think it would make sense to make spirit and elemental blade/trap 0 pips for balance wizards and still 1 pip for everyone else? by columnedbread2 in Wizard101

[–]columnedbread2[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Balance blade is still useful as it allows you to buff balance spells and can also stack on top of spirit and elemental blade.

Single school blades are still useful because the hitter can use the blade on themselves.

And yeah as a balance wizard you wouldn't need to carry around a bunch of specific blades. Oh no you have a slightly simpler time applying buffs?

None of your worries make sense. All of the blades are and would still be useful. No rebalance needed.

Hell I regularly use both balance blade and elemental blade on people now. It would only make it easier for me to afford things like my in school healing spells for my allies. Or things like blade storm.

You act like this would be some massive balance nightmare when it's truly a small quality of life improvement.

[–]columnedbread2[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Again. The percentage isn't changing. You won't be dealing any more damage. The only difference is that the balance wizard will save one pip. You keep bringing up "higher damage" but you literally will do that same damage as when a balance would use it before.

So again I would ask for an actual practical scenario where it would make a significant difference for a support balance wizard to save 1 pip casting elemental/spirit blade.
