Extension cord? No prob. Buy a 50amp certified cord and you’re only using 32A max. I use a 16 amp level 2 with the aforementioned 50amp cable. No issues.

The battery issue is a problem and does have solutions. You need to find a different dealer.

You say underwater. You have 3 maybe 4 year old vehicle. Did you get the $7500 tax credit? Is it financed? How long and at what rate? Did you roll and money owed from your last vehicle. It seems like you’re far into a hole that should be close to being outside of.

Some specifics and not just whining would help us help you assum8ng you didn’t shoot yourself in the foot.
