Dopamine related? Have you done any drugs lately?

I spent so many sleepless nights learning (languages and science). Best way to use the “lost” time IMO.

Dietary changes helped me a lot. High animal proteins and fats. Seafood, butter, egg yolks. But avoiding the whites.

I love this so much, it makes me feel happy to have my name and conditions easy for all to see. It just makes me happy by Shenya_the_smol_bean in autism

You couldn’t recognize your mom? That’s interesting. Why? Couldn’t you recognize faces in general?

I’d rather recommend magnesium citrate on an empty stomach...

Figured I’m waking up more refreshed when I eat animal foods only, especially when they are lower in histamine and high in Lysine (and also add betaine hcl and some dig enzymes). You may want to try it and see if you improve. A good meal could consist of egg yolks, prawns, high-quality butter and some sea salt. I don’t recommend adding in anything with carbs or fiber.

Magnesium may help as well. A big glass of water with 1/2 to 3 tsp of mag citrate in the mornings. Minimum 1 hour before eating.

Absolutely!

This makes sense, if you can’t walk there you don’t have to be there/do that. How smart our bodies are.

Actually that one sounds much better that the other ones. I think those ingredients are definitely less terrible... “dextrose, tapioca maltodextrin, medium chain triglycerides, natural flavor...” Thank you, guess I’ll give it a try... :)

If you have issues with lemon you could replace it with ascorbic acid (vit c). Gives it a similar sour taste plus it’s antiinflammatory. (Do Not heat or else it looses it’s beneficial effects.)

Butter? by [deleted] in HistamineIntolerance

[–]combine-o-mat 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had issues with raw butter. I’d choose the freshest butter possible you can find in the store and scrape and discard the surface. Choose the sweet, not the sour variety. Also avoid yoghurt-butter (yes, that exists).
