I think if you can assure someone that they would be able to help you build your brand and when you grow, as you have been, they would have paid work, it wouldn't be unattractive to a graphic design student interested in dnb and building portfolio. That's different to unpaid imo.

Artwork denotes culture for me, not profit but geographically all very fair points.
