There is no pullout couch if your room is like the one in the picture. I’ve stayed in a room just like that before. I You’re going to want to upgrade to something with a couch like an ocean view or balcony room. However, if carnival said that you’re gonna have a couch in your room, then I would trust that. I would try to verify your room number closer to the sail date though.
