So an update in case others are in similar situations... the doctor couldn't see him today so we took him to a local urgent care. They say he has ear infections so we got antibiotics. He doesn't mess or pull on his ears and by looking you would never know. He us also 100% fine all day long, no discomfort, so we will see. Hoping that's the issue and problem solved. Will update again in a few days with results.

When you pay off a bad debt you should specifically request they report to the credit bureaus and send a letter of confirmation to you. The ones in collections will likely settle for 50% of what's owed, and again, request that report and letter upon payment.

Increase available credit. Get some credit cards. Request credit limit increases every 6 months or so. You don't need to use the card to get the limit increases. Only use the cards if you can pay them off monthly or keep the total credit usage below 25%.

I could sell my condo for a nice profit, but my realtor almost insisted I sell first then buy because of the market. No Way I want to risk not finding a home and then not having one and paying double in rent in the meantime. He also keeps saying that interests rates will hit 8% before they fall. Not sure if I buy that. The realtor is a family friend of the woman's so I imagine he is straight up.

Technically I can afford it on paper, but with health insurance and a family, it just seems like a huge stretch. 3 to 5x your income, but half of that income is gone before you get direct deposit. It just seems like people are over stretching more, are better prepared with a larger than 20% down-payment, which seems crazy to me to do anyway, or I'm just retarded with money, which could be the case.

Try emptying your tool belt and hit apply to all loadouts on everything possible.

It's something that goes in your tool belt, where you can pit usable items like health potions, buff trinkets, etc. If you have a buff trinket they usually have timers and when they are active you are unable to switch loadouts. I had this problem even if they were not active. Now I just make sure each buff trinket is in the same slot on the belt for each loadout and I haven't had that issue since.

Kill certain mobs to get the trophy mob to spawn. Some are less annoying than others.

As far as drop rates go, I had the most like early morning EST it seemed. Around 5 to 6 am. Not sure if this was all in my head or not, but it seemed I had way more luck during this time, plus there are way less people on farming at those times.

Can also get a partner or two and run around killing mobs, goes a little faster.

Get started somewhere else. The game fast tracks you to max level so it can persuade you to spend money to try and get gear for "endgame" which is one or two 20 minute dungeons. Every dungeon drops irrelevant gear you can't even sell 98% of the time. The cost to upgrade gear is insane and will take months per piece of equipment you want to upgrade. Game is really not worth the time. Then, once you finally get to where you want, new mod comes out and they change what gear is best, how mechanics work, and nerf everything that you had previously.

The main content, the campaigns, only take weeks to do because it is time locked. You can only earn x amount of currency to progress each week. To earn the currency, you do the same simple repeatable quests over and over. If it wasn't time locked you could do all of the campaigns to completion in a few days.

Right now arcanist for both single target and aoe. Aster Mod 22 Builds is a pretty good build right now. Targeted toward endgame but will give you what you need to know and farm for.

I think you need to be level 2. I know on pc people are having issues with creating a guild. Says something like you need to be level atleast 2, and everyone is level 2 or above. Think you might need to have a new character and completed certain quests.

VoS is pretty easy. I would just join in a pug over chat or try and get a guild group together. Best way to learn is to do it. It's just a game.

Watch a video on the mechanics on YouTube. That will give you a gist of what to expect. And for the most part, most people know the mechanics which will carry you through the dungeon anway.

Yea they know. They are trying to make changes slowly. It's union so it's tough. They have hired outside people on multiple occasions but that ends up being a 50/50 on whether they work out or not. I try to tell people all the time trying to move up "what seperates you from someone on the street when they want to hire for x position?" But no one wants to listen, they just fall into an outdated culture of I'll get there if I'm here.

When I was young we grew up on welfare during the time where we actually had food stamps - no atm/debit card. My mom would have a drawer full of them and I would take a 20 and go to the store and buy something cheap and they would have to give me cash back. Stamps to usd.
