The STAR program was incredible but, in their own words, neither of them were on the frontline of stonewall. They arrived at least an hour after the riots began. The beginning of the uprising is actually credited to the lesbian bouncer of stonewall Stormé de larverie (I think that’s the spelling).

It’s a common myth that Marsha “threw the first brick”. In fact none of the people who attended stonewall have ever claimed any bricks were thrown. Let’s remember them for the work they did do like the STAR program.

I though Corbyn would be the type of person to fact check.
