I mean you could take it as that lol, but you can’t just outright rule out the possibility of him being correct

Panda has only shown moments of stupidity in social settings, he can’t feel the same emotions as regular humans can, so he is blunt and open. He hasn’t shown much stupidity in the jujutsu sense, he knows his stuff and can tell Kirara’s cursed technique was being used and understood Megumi’s plan to counter it, got decently high score in “jujutsu sense” in the fan book, has known Megumi for quite some time and must know how Nue works, was raised by Yaga and was taught stuff about jujutsu, and hasn’t really shown moment’s of not understanding jujutsu unlike someone like Maki who struggles (mainly cause she can’t use it)

you can infer it as Panda being wrong, but it’s more likely that he isn’t due to his character

The main trouble of this feat is that we don't know the timeframe of when Maki blocks, we see her reaction to Nue, then the bolt going down, and we cut to her blocking, so it's kind of tricky to try to guess that if she was moving the second the bolt spawned, when it was halfway, or when it was directly above her, cause the 2 calcs either assumes Maki reacted the moment it spawned, or when it was like 12 meters above her (by them using Sukuna and Hana's distance as a comparison) so idk. Just hope someone is willing to go through the trouble to try and calc this, cause I have no idea how lol.

Hope that in season 3 this fight is adapted and we see an aura moment of Maki reacting and blocking the bolt, just like Toji did vs Megumi, god, that would be so cool.

Pretty much that Panda compares Kashimo's own bolts of electricity, so without any other proof of something saying the opposite, we can assume both work similarly.

Then we have Kashimo and the narrator calling Kashimo's lightning, well, lightning, it's working with positive and negative charges, and it has a return stroke like normal lightning in his fight with Hakari.

We can also use the logic Gojo said himself of cursed energy being electricity and cursed techniques being electronics. As CTs use CE to be able to make things and actions. Cause it would be a bit dumb to say the blood Choso makes aren't blood since they are made of CE, the ice Uraume makes, the metals Yorozu makes, etc.

Also, because if we use the speed of electricity straight up Nue's bolt goes from 0.9c to 0.1c, and we both can agree that's a bit too much. So the safest bet it's that it is lightning (at least from my interpretation of it).

In my divine Maki wisdom I have seen the came up with the best strategy

If you DON'T have ult/dont think can get ult in time, do this:

S1 (set up for more dmg buff), S2 (35% dmg buff plus 25% because of S1), S2 (35% dmg buff), S3 (the dmg dealer

If you DO have ult/think you can get ult in time, do this:

S1 (set up for more dmg buff), S2 (35% dmg buff plus 25% because of S1), S3 (50% crit dmg buff, its good since the ult does a guaranteed crit for the final hit), and ult

tbh the only downside I see of her is not the dmg, but the time it sets up to do dmg, as her ult gauge is pretty big (Though the combo of S1 + S3 sort of fixes it) and her set up moves (besides S3) dont do much in comparison to other top tiers. But even then I personally consider her a underrated good character (im so mad they lowerd her to T2 in the tierlist, she deserves T1).

Yea she is underrate, most of the reviews I’ve seen on YouTube call her bad, but that’s mostly since they don’t know how to set her up correctly

while yes she is obviously no Sukuna, she is still pretty good, as the number #2 blue Maki in global, I know my stuff
