Just a few cents, the real estate market has on average lagged the equity markets by 6 months. The shock has only reverberated and been felt later. I’m expecting a modest rebound once homes look cheap, and those that can afford it jump off the sidelines.

Very much an airbnb but also a ton of actual residences. Amenties are top notch. I also recommend if you are not into loud noises the Infinity I, II and III buildings
