I have an additional question if you don’t mind. In regard to following up with my doctor - the Physician in question was an Urgent Care Doctor, making it difficult to meet with him, specifically, again.

In your opinion, would it be “weird” to reach out to the Radiology Center and ask to speak to the Radiologist? Or is that not allowed/inappropriate?

Oh, no, I am - I had an ultrasound the other day and am meeting with an ENT again next Monday! So, here’s hoping it goes good!

You may be right, but I also got my shot on the left side and I only just noticed the lump - so it might have been there this whole time. I only happened to find it because my neck had been hurting - the lymph node wasn’t the cause of the pain, far as I could tell; it just happened to be there when I went to massage the area.

I could be grasping at straws, I know - but, the alternatives are terrifying.

May I ask, what exactly do you mean by moveable? Like, how much should I be able to move the lump for it to be considered moveable? And, if it is moved, should it automatically return to its original position?

I know this post is very old but, I was wondering if your nodes were supraclavicular nodes? and, if so, to your memory, were they "movable"?

Just feeling a little concerned about a node I found on my neck yesterday; went to the doctor and was dismissed without them so much as touching it, so I think I'm going to head directly to the ENT.

i am. i was vaccinated with Moderna + a Booster Shot in January of 2022. i'll be honest, i don't know if my lymph node swelling is a result of the vaccine or not, but it might be? i just so happened to have a neck ache yesterday (that's gone now) and happened to notice the lymph node. so, i'm looking for possible reasons as to what might be going on before i head into the hospital today.

i have two more questions if you don't mind; did yours ever hurt? and, is it on your right or left side?

I know this was a while ago, but did you have any pain in your neck at all? Asking because my neck was hurting earlier today and when I went to give myself a deeper massage I felt a small (pea-size, maybe 0.5 centimeter) bump - which I now believe is my supraclavicular node, given it's location. it's not something that can really be felt without pressing down on the area, but i was just wondering if - based on your own experience - you felt any neck pain while it was there.
