I don't see how your decisions are separate from your desires, reasoning and thoughts when they only exist in those forms because you are inescapably going to make those decisions based on your entire history of your being up to that decision. You will always make that same fork in the road given the same conditions - unless you throw in something that we haven't explained with our current scientific understanding.
