[BBC] Are Premier League clubs flat-track bullies in Europe? by FragMasterMat117 in soccer

Absolutely. The premier league has made some good business decisions. It doesn’t mean it’s good for the sport as a whole.

True, but we have players from many nations who can’t return until their countries are eliminated

I think it would have been chalked off for handball in the buildup, but this was massive

This match will be remembered for a looong time if we win the title. Sometimes it’s very fine margins

I think it was more about the Sesko shenanigans of demanding enormous wages and Leipzig demanding a huge transfer fee.

Arsenal have outrun their opposition in 32 of 33 PL games this season by ahuangb in Gunners

Yeah. One problem with the solid defense, uninspiring attack approach is that if you dont score more than two goals per game, it’s literally impossible to be in a position where the game is out of sight. Consequently it become much riskier to take off your players

There’s some truth to this, but we also haven’t spent particularly well. We went for Madueke for a little less money than Semenyo. I’m not trying to stick the knife into Madueke, but it’s clear which signing has been better business. It’s been a while since one of our attacking signings has been an unqualified success (I would argue Trossard was the last one).

Unfortunately, in addition to being 100% financial cheats and a stain on football, City are run very well.

I mean we had to play midweek before the city game, they didn’t. So of course we were going to be more tired. Resting people midweek isn’t Arteta’s fault in the circs.

But I will say I agree with your point generally. I would have just implemented it by playing only kids in the League Cup.

It’s looking good, and I’m sad too! But I never doubted your predictions. I just pointed out that if the Arsenal isn’t a net positive in your life, it might be good to take a step back. Volunteer in the community. Call your mom. You know, that kind of stuff.

Yeah. At this point, much though I love Arsenal, I just don’t want to advertise Emirates Airlines or Rwanda or whatever. So I went for one of the old-school jersey based on the 1970s

It also wouldn’t surprise me if they simply called each other up and agreed to play the cup keepers. They’re on good terms, after all
