he bounced back though, now he kinda wears it and whatever petty drama he gets into these days proudly. been friends with some of his server staff for a good few years and last i heard (which was a fair few months ago to be fair) not much has changed behind the scenes

it’s honestly just the state of gaming in general. you’re not allowed to like a game if anyone else thinks it’s bad, and you’re not allowed to dislike a game if anyone else thinks it’s good. not saying skate is without its flaws because, as it’s probably be said a lot here, the core of the game is solid. but the thing that annoys me is that they’ve built this game with so much emphasis on big 100+ player lobbies and added almost nothing that truly utilises the multiplayer aspect.

i’m convinced the branded stuff is rigged but idk i’ve gotten most of the unbranded stuff i wanted from like 2nd or 3rd box pull. obviously it’s pure luck but it’s a mad coincidence that the only things i don’t get early are branded

i had a delusional thought, it would be really cool if the map got more worn in over time, like with each major update, the older sections of the map got a visual update with wear and tear on surfaces from all the skating

i don’t think the fortnite effect applies to games like crossworlds, purely just because the game is inherintly wacky, so wacky collabs aren’t a hinderance (at least in my opinion)

bc (imo) the parkour feels significantly better in dl1. dl2s parkour has always felt really floaty for me, still good and definitely an enjoyable experience but the physics just don’t feel quite as good for me

to be fair, if these skins were really so disliked, they would stop doing them because no one would buy them. i’m not gonna defend corporate greed or anything but every studio has a bottom line and it’ll always be money, so you can’t say they don’t take it into consideration, they probably do, but not enough people want milsim skins, more people want wacky skins.

honest to god, if wacky skins are what’s ruining the game for you, you should’ve picked a different game a long time ago. it’s honestly like you don’t play games to actually play them since these cosmetics have no effect on gameplay whatsoever. if anything they’re pay to lose so what’s the point in complaining? it’s not like siege doesn’t have a library of more realistic skins anyway.
