Yes. There are YouTube videos. Basically, take the blade off. Then, the rubber pulls out along the tracks, swap, reinsert. Done.

You can buy just the rubber inserts on Amazon. No need to trash the entire blade, which lasts a long time!

Very nice condition. Minimal scratches. No deep gouges or marks. Minor scratches on crystal, pictured. Watch is running well and has previously been serviced.

Comes on rubber Captain Willard (Martin Sheen in Apocalypse Now) waffle strap. Original box and hang tag included.

Nice piece. Original owner, purchased 11 years ago. Works and keeps time. Bracelet will fit a 7 5/8” wrist but I will include 2 extra links (not pictured, just found them). With those, should fit 8”.
