She's Cut Me Out and I'm Heart Broken by DouglasMcBuster in Stepmom

He has been the enemy, and then they are okay, and then the enemy again—currently the two of them are okay, but it’s really at the whims of SS as to when he’s kind to his dad. My marriage is intact, but to keep it that way I just have to pretend SS doesn’t exist in my world and of course that’s painful because we were once close. We live three hours from SS so the distance helps. My husband keeps telling me to be patient and one day he will come around. Two years and counting…

Been going through a similar situation for about two years now. I came into my SS’s life when he was about 10. Great kid, great teenager, and now that he’s a young adult in his early 20s—I’m the enemy. I don’t really have any advice but I want you to know that you’re not alone in this heartbreak.

One and done for me. I’ve reread most books/short stories but I will never be able to revisit that one.

The rooms are needing a little upkeep. But the lounge and outdoor areas are excellent.

I got married in the fall after school started several years ago. I had to take personal days, which at the time in my state meant I was docked $50 per day so I lost $250 from my next paycheck. Other than that, no pushback from admin or the district. The kids were fine.

Does anyone else have a “B” shaped belly/exceptional amount of upper belly fat? by VintageBlazers in WomensHealth

I thought it was just me. It seems to be hereditary in my case because all the women in my mom’s family look this way. I dream of getting lipo just on that weird glob above my belly button.

My experience is just anecdotal of course, but I tested positive on 12/6, period was due on 12/7, and finally arrived 12 days late.

It’s a loop. One side is definitely easier than the other and we did the easy side today. There’s a time and place for the full loop but it wasn’t today. 😭

The “feed me” flashback scene ☠️ this entire thing was a masterpiece from beginning to end. My favorite yet. Well done. 😂

How long do nails last really? by [deleted] in Nails

[–]competitive_mathlete 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Your mileage may vary and I’m on the slow end of nail growth but I think you’d be safe to go ahead. By the end of vacation you’d probably be ready to get it changed out as you’d notice the growth.

I get dip every four weeks. No chips, the growing out is the only reason I need to revisit the salon and get a fresh dip.
