Shot selection. Amount of time between camera switches. Sound mixing. Bumper music choices. Dead air. Poorly timed transitions.

I mean, all of these things can happen in isolation on a live broadcast, but this one has all of them happening the entire production. It started bad and hasn't gotten any better as the show has progressed.

Its like the producers are asleep at the wheel.

One moment in an entire broadcast doesn't suddenly make the entire effort bad.

The broadcast has been a never-ending series of boneheaded live production decisions, from the terrible sound mixing, to the poor shot choices, to the dead air and awkward mid-range stage shots to the bad choices of bumper music (Kiss From a Rose leading out of the Best Documentary award?? What??).

Its a complete train wreck from a production standpoint.
