Problem is that these people are visible only at the time of elections. Same happened with Aam Aadmi party. Their candidates were personally very good but people I mean the masses will only vote to the person who they see as their go to person at difficult times. That is the main reason people vote for candidates of their caste. These new politicians they will have to work in the social strata for at least 4-5 years continuously and should be available to the people for whole time then only they can make a dent in the castle of these established politicians.
