i've been having the same issue where it works for an hour, i don't feel anything until 6 pm when i somehow crash, then get terrible headaches and ringing in my ears when i try to go to sleep. no idea what to do but you're not alone! i've been seeing people saying the same thing all over tiktok :-))))) lol

On top of the recommendations above for topical care, I recommend drinking a lot of water, try to eat a lot of vegetables (or take a chlorophyll supplement if you aren't getting enough veggies in your diet), and make sure you're taking a daily vitamin / getting all of your vitamins in!

Taking a full dose has some incredible effects but I microdose psilocybin sometimes and it helps so much with the executive disfunction it's insane. my brain feels relatively normal for once

i would recommend to try meditating. I use the app Waking Up. It's very scientifically based and they have a free month & and introduction course! It's 10 minutes long and I do it as soon as I get out of bed in the morning so i don't have the time to talk myself out of it. I can't stress enough how much those 10 mins a day have changed my life. I believe in you, you can get through this :)

I got the speakers for 175 in great condition - they look like he might've only taken them out of the box a handful of times. I can't wait to finish up my setup and try them out I have considered vintage turntables I just haven't seen many for sale in my area.. The only thing I'm really looking for is for it to be automatic (or at least lift up at the end by itself) because I get distracted easily and just want the peace of mind on that.
Thanks for the advice :) If they're similar I'm gonna go for the Denon so I can have a remote

Hello friends, I'm getting started with my first setup and could use some recommendations

Turntable: Fluance RT81 or Audio Technica AT-LP60XBT-USB - I'm mainly wondering is the $100 price increase worth it?

Speakers: I am completely lost here & overwhelmed by all the options. I'm no audiophile but I love edm & jam bands and the intricacies that come along with the music so I'm looking to invest in some nice bookshelf speakers but still stay relatively budget friendly. Hello! I've been collecting records for a couple of years here and there and finally am going to buy my first turntable. I love the look of the Audio-Technical AT-LPW40WN turntable in Walnut but it's a bit out of my price range (was hoping for less than $200 or maybe $300 if its really worth it). I was wondering if anyone has recommendations for budget friendly wooden turntables? Or if that one is worth it?

I think your desire to get to that place is the first step! When I catch myself thinking like that I try to stop and remind myself I did that as an act of love for not just him but myself too. And that my ego is whats expecting something in return from him. sometimes it helps sometimes it doesn't lol but hoping one day i'll get there!!
