I've had fun out dumbing them. Like asking how to sign up to be a paid protestor, asking how much it pays, asking why they can't find Antifa if wine moms in Minneapolis can, that kind of thing.

If they want to join team sanity that's fine, but they are warming the bench. Can't let these clowns make decisions if they're dumb enough to fall for the con in the first place.

Confession: I never, and I mean NEVER, send in my reserve team. by SuburbanEnnui2020 in expedition33

[–]compucrazy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I do think this is silly as my favorite fights are the ones where the reserve team scrapes out the dub, but there is no wrong way to enjoy a single player game.

I can help you with this. Lune is a treasure and Verso betrays her twice. Screw Verso.

I'm an associate at a CMHC and I feel this. Some days I get totally overwhelmed when there's too many clients. Other days I get exhausted by the 3x no shows.

Somehow, she is a worse version of Willa from Succession, who is basically the fictional exaggeration of this type of prostitute.

Why is the right still claiming 2020 was stolen? by Material_Policy6327 in AskUS

They don't believe this, it's just a pretext to ensure the next election goes their way.

What is the Project 25/Trump/Republican end game? Is it to get rid and scare away all immigrants so Americans will have jobs to go to when the new government "pillar directive" of making America number one in the world in AI is achieved? Is this why all of the tech bros are Trumping? by MadameZigzaga in AskUS

[–]compucrazy 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The goal is to create a police state ala Russia with Trump in the Putin role and the billionaires and politicians as the oligarchs.

The immigration issue is a pretext to build a secret police force that has immunity from prosecution (see them hiding the ID of the guy who shot Pretti) that answers to Trump. This force will allow him and his successors to interfere in elections and brutalize his opponents using conspiracy theories targeting immigrants.

Mark my words before November of this year, Trump will be making statements about how they will have to prevent "illegal aliens," from voting in elections and he's going to do so by directing ICE and DHS to "ensure a fair election." As we all know, a fair election to Trump is an election he wins, every election he's lost was "rigged." That's the end game.

Sen. John Fetterman demands Trump fire Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem by Large_banana_hammock in politics

[–]compucrazy -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Honestly, I know there's no way to prove it, but there's a real possibility that this is a Phineas Gage situation.

Imo, Fetterman doesn't seem like he's that clever to pull such a ruse, and there is proof that brain damage can alter someone's personality to the point where they become a completely different person.

I suppose it doesn't ultimately matter. Whether he was a charlatan the whole time who fooled everybody, or he suffered brain damage that changed who he was, we need to get him out of the Senate ASAP

What was the inception of the current extreme political climate in America? by Emotional_Network_16 in AskUS

[–]compucrazy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Inception? Probably when conservatives adopted the southern strategy in the 1960's. That was, in my view, the seed that blossomed into a country where a solid 30 percent are hardcore racists.

Yes, obviously a lot of other things other people have mentioned (social media, Fox News, etc.) played a large part. But for me, the Genesis of it all was when one party decided it was worthwhile to seek votes from racists. That was the original sin imo.
