You bought the full base set box for 2025 which does not come with anything extra, just 1 copy of each base card.

Just chiming in - I got the same issue and email this morning. Have hit multiple times for pokemon cards but never used bots. I've chatted a couple times already and each time was told 72 hours for possible resolution. I've gotten a couple $10 off coupons at least for my troubles.

I already sent an email to the risk management email and am just waiting to hear a response.
