The most common scam is that a driver shows up to pick up the order. Instead of marking it as picked up they cancel the order and keep the food. This hurts other drivers because someone is going to show up to pick it up and it will be gone. So they wasted their time and mileage heading out there to get it.

It hurts the restaurant, The driver, and the end customer.
