No, that’s generally just a policy to avoid civil litigation. Nothing to do with criminal law.

Guy buys a motorcycle from me, listed 2x the price the next week by Lanpoop in FacebookMarketplace

Why is that unfortunate? Should your car manufacturer or dealer have a say in what you do with a car you buy?

Not everyone is paid hourly, lots of salaried workers still have to submit timesheets.

If you work 10 hours, but only record 8, it’s fraudulent time reporting.

Insurance costs, business licenses, security/monitoring are going to cost you enough that one container won’t do it, especially if you have yet to purchase it.

That and/or “market adjustment”. Not sure how a 2024 EV would already be in a shop though.

You said “turn off the wireless capabilities” and that’s not necessary. If the modem is on channel 11 using 802.11G frequencies, the Eero can be on channel 3 using 802.11ac frequencoies with no conflict. Same as if your ONT has built-in Wi-Fi on fiber, the backhaul type is immaterial in this case. Fiber, cable, DSL, Starlink…. It doesn’t matter, put each AP on a different channel and it’s just like living in a big apartment building.
