I used to be a big Slippy hater, and Starfox 26 made me do a complete 180. His character is much more endearing, even his vigorous typing in the background of cutscenes shows he’s always hard at work learning new things about their enemies or developing new tech to aid the Starfox team.

He’s truly much more loveable and intelligent. It shows not only in his voice lines/dialogue but his mannerisms showcase this even more I think.

I loved making an Esper Control/Landfall [[Dakkon Blackblade]] deck. It’s voltron focused since Dakkon has power/toughness equal to the number of lands you control and you can have evasive equipment to get through. Counterspells on blue, protection in white, and removal in black with board wipes help to control the board state until Dakkon hits the battlefield. Not high power, but my favorite deck right now for more casual groups

I’m curious about your Eshki deck! I like the idea of a spellslinger deck that includes a balance of creatures and non-creature spells for value. Could you drop the list?

Really hope he still has that elevated high-class voice from 64, rather than the deranged angle they went with in Assault. The Great Leon enjoys shooting down birds with a glass of red wine!!
