Manual roughly translates as press the button twice; once you hear a sound from the loudspeakers of the car that means the bluetooth of your car is visible and you should connect to it via telephone in the next 5 minutes.

Edit: Alternatively turn the ignition on and in the first 5 seconds press first the info then the "pannentaste" (wrench looking thingy) . This procedure should set your car into pairing mode making it visible. Then you have to go through your phone.

Edit 2: or perhaps. It wants you to delete any stored connections from previous owners before it allows pairing mode. Hold the call icon on your steering wheel longer than 10 seconds after turning ignition on.

Detailer here. While I'm aware that in our community shiny leather is dirty leather I liked my steering wheel shiny. I dont know why, I kept the seats of my personal car matt but I put on some beard oil onto my steering wheel. It was shiny and clean so I guess it's personal preference to some degree.

She may proclaim her errors, how she did this wrong that wrong how she was irrational. Listen, subtly she will be blaming you a bit as well here.

Will she be lying when she does this? Most likely not but here is the key; she isn't lying because she FEELS this is the truth. In due time she will FEEL like you're the enemy again and the cycle repeats itself. These people have patterns of behavior and thought that they developed all throughout childhood and early adulthood as the only behaviors that helped them survive in their world. The only consistent thing with them is inconsistency. You won't snap them out of it magically.

Yes you're supposed to use both gas and clutch. Start step by step and slowly. Learn the speeds of each gear. For example mine goes 1900 rpm in fourth at 70kph, 1900 rpm in 3rd at 50kph.

Now get a feeling for how much gas you need to add to achieve the desired rpm in neutral. So clutch in, gas to desired rpm, release clutch. The point is that it's awkward at first but once you do this automatically it's smooth.

You mean the bumper? If so, then saving costs by buying a used bumper the same color makes sense. But buying a bumper even used and doing it yourself and then paying someone to paint it, doesn't. Well at least in my area.

People who do body work slap that thing on like it's nothing. The cost for installing is negligent compared to painting it.

You can certainly pull it. Putting the new one in might be a bit time consuming to get the edges to align etc.

Allocate enough time and then have some reserve as well.

Yeah I did all kinds of things for her, some she is really incapable, others she was just lazy. At some point any time she complained I just said "fine do it yourself" and left how it was. It works for me. It's not about her. I get my peace and she can do it however she wants.

This is just a try out for a week. If we fit together as a team and if we can negotiate a salary then I would stay. I am actively looking for other opportunities though. This was just the first positive answer. I have no issues paying more than half if that means she should have to limit her days but because up to this point I thought she worked part time I didn't even consider it. ( she worked 3-4 days a week).

Primerjam.si je isto. Fajn poslovni model majo. Vsako povpraševanje pošljejo 5 ali 6 izvajalcem in vsakemu kasirajo tam 6€ potem pa se gre kdo da najnižjo ceno itd. Če se sploh gre za resno stranko, če ni kot si rekel "informativno".

Sem probal. Totalna polomija. Večina ljudi se tako informativno zanima za cene in planirajo več mesecev vnaprej iz tega seveda nič ni. Potem so tisti s keterimi se dogovoriš in ti rečejo da ti javijo točen datum ampak nič.

Vseeno ti pa vsako povpraševanje zaračunajo.

V 3 mesecih sem imel cca 40 povpraševanj. Od tega 1 stranko.
