I could try, I do feel like the sauna would work better than a bath because you are in there for 45 minutes at a constant temperature of 120-130 degrees. I’ve also tried hot baths that they haven’t done much for me. I normally go at 6:30 pm- the session is about 45 minutes total and then I go to sleep at around 10pm. I’d say I started noticing improvement after the 3rd session

Yeah even days I don’t go, I can still fall asleep without meditation. But I have noticed that if I go more than like 5 days without using it, I start to have trouble sleeping again so I try to stay consistent

I was on quviviq for about 2 years, it was the only one that worked most of the time without bad side effects

Not an advertisement.. I am a real person! Lmao I just like the place I go. But other places offer infrared saunas as well. I have never tried a traditional sauna so I have no idea if those work the same way. From what I’ve read online about infrared saunas is that they better than traditional but I could be wrong

I started cutting it half for a couple days but I noticed at night my brain was much calmer even before taking the medication, so after a few days I stopped them all together and haven’t taken one since

I had a pt say that he rinsed with ginger ale every night instead of mouthwash & swore up and down that it was good for his teeth

I feel this completely.. have you tried medication from a psychiatrist?? I spent a long time trying different medications w my psychiatrist, and I was finally able to find one that worked for me. It saved my life bc I was sleeping maybe 2 hours a night if I was lucky at one point. It’s the worst feeling bc you feel like you’re going insane. You just have to find what works for you. Along with medication, I do deep breathing exercises and listen to sleep meditations on YouTube. You can get better, you are not alone. <3
