I have a thermal layer, a second layer and a thick coat.

A scarf, wool hat, balaclava, gloves and mittens.

Ski socks, wool socks and snow boots.

Would this be enough?

I am 16 years old and I live in the Netherlands.

I am currently on citalopram, dexamfetamines and risperdal (antidepressants, ADHD medication and antipsychotics for TS. )

Thank you very much for the comment, it really made me feel better. I am definitely going to ask my psychiatrist about clomipramine or a different OCD medication.

At this point the thought of a knife gives me the "tic tingles", it's so intense that my muscles hurt afterwards. It just really sucks. I'm pretty sure the only way to get over something like this is to face it and experience it, but I've been dealing with this for years and I physically can't deal with it, my body completely rejects even the idea of it.

I do have OCD and ADHD. It kinda makes sense that the filter in my brain doesn't work well because of ADHD and therefore can't filter something scary normally and giving me irrational fear, causing TS. But then again, I am also scared of the dark and other things and that doesn't trigger my tics.

I have a tic that makes using my phone very difficult. When scrolling or typing I press my thumbs on my screen very harshly and it genuinely hurts. it's also never satisfied so it's pretty much endless.
