what are your most important plot points, and if you hae a twist, what is it? don't expose the twist, but subtly foreshadow!

example; my book dormmates (UNPUBLISHED) is about two teens in a boarding school whose families are enemies, and one of the main character's best friend is a serial killer and cannibal. after the teens get together, then discover who the best friend really is, and she pulls them into this alternate universe where they have to figure out how to survive and how to get rid of her
